Dena Anbar was on top of things. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept track of dates. She makes you feel like you're her only client because of her attentiveness.

Dena was very attentive to my concerns about buying a property without seeing it first however she was very attentive in general to our purchase. She went above and beyond any other realtor that I have had experience with reference to informing us of details about the area and contact information for the utility companies. She also recommended excellent inspectors and the appraiser. We were extremely happy with their professionalism and knowledge.

Selling our house was a real project because the home was rented for years and not maintained properly and we were three states away. Dena turned a difficult situation into a success by planning things strategically and being our eyes and ears on the ground. She is extremely capable, trustworthy, and always kept our best interest at heart.

Dena has gone above and beyond to assist us. Being a very busy household, Dena came up with a solid plan, worked with us around our schedule day or night, weekends, long distance and even mailed personal items forgotten in the home. Spectacular agent!!

We were very impressed by her attention to detail and how well she picked properties that were well suited to our wants/needs. She even helped set us up with the mortgage company, settlement attorney, etc. since we are not familiar with the area yet.
